Cris Bertolucci

Since a kid, Cris showed an interest in art, design and architecture. Her degree in industrial design from Mackenzie University in São Paulo, Brazil, marked the beginning of her formal education in the field. Her experience at the Università Internazionale dell’Arte in Florence further deepened her knowledge and passion for lighting design. The learning and inspiration she gained in Italy served as a solid foundation for her future career. Upon returning to Brazil, Cris Bertolucci joined Bertolucci, a company specializing in decorative lighting founded by her father, Walter Bertolucci. For 25 years, she played a key role as art director at the company. In 2010, Cris felt it was time to follow her own path and explore her creative potential independently.
